    CANCELLING RESERVATIONS DURING LOW SEASON
    In case of cancellation, the deposited value on reserve's confirmation will not be returned in cash, but on hospitality credit. Until 5 (five) days before check in date, the guest will have the credit (hospitality) on total value paid before, as long as a new hospitality date is chosen during cancellation. Less then 5 (five) days before check in, the client will not have the right to credit (hospitality). All pending credit have to be used until 90 (ninety) days after cancellation.

    CANCELLING RESERVATIONS DURING HIGH SEASON
    In case of cancellation, the deposited value on reserve's confirmation will not be returned in cash, but on hospitality credit. Until 15 (fifteen) days before check in date, the guest will have the credit (hospitality) on total value paid before, as long as a new hospitality date is chosen during cancellation. Less then 15 (fifteen) days before check in, the client will not have the right to credit (hospitality). All pending credit have to be used until 90 (ninety) days after cancellation.

    GIVING UP
    In case the guest give up while he is in the Inn, no difference will be returned on the pre-paid value, it doesn't matter while it is on cash or hospitality credit. If there is any pending valued, for extra contracted days, the guest should pay it before it leaves the Inn. We intend to keep our quality on service. We count on your understanding.

    CANCELLING RESERVATIONS DURING NEW YEARS AND CARNIVAL PACKAGES
    In case of cancellation, the deposited value on reserve's confirmation will not be returned in cash, but on hospitality credit. Until 30 days before check in date, the guest will have the credit (hospitality) on total value paid before, as long as a new hospitality date is chosen during cancellation. Less then 30 days before check in, the client will not have the right to credit (hospitality). All pending credit have to be used until 90 (ninety) days after cancellation.

    NO SHOW
    If the guest does not arrive on the date of it's reservation, and if the guest does not inform anything about changes on the arrival day, the reservation will be automatically canceled after the arrival date and there will be any refund.

    Animal's policy

    You may bring your pet upon the Hotel´s consent, therefore please ask for this information at the time of booking.

    In case the Hotel agrees with your request, the cost is R$ 30,00 / day / pet.
    If you arrive at the Hotel with your pet without having noticed in advance, the pet entrance´s to the Hotel will be subject to approval at the time of check-in. In case the pet is not approved, the Hotel will apply its cancellation policy.

    In general, small and silent pets are accepted in the Master Thematic Cottage, which is distant to the other accommodations and surrounded by an external private area. Pets can only be eventually hosted in other accommodations of the Hotel, if they do not disturb the other guest.

    It is forbidden for the pets to go in the common area of the Hotel, such as the swimming-pool, the reception, gardens, breakfast room, TV room, etc.
